Vijay has over 20 years of entrepreneurial and professional experience. He founded Indusion Consulting in 2007 before which he co-founded and led another search firm “Talent Trackers” for over ten years. Prior to Executive Search, worked with an advertising and consulting firm that catered to the Financial Sector.

Ajit co-founded Indusion in 2007 and brings more than 20 years of search leadership across a wide range of sectors. At Indusion, he drives a deep inclination towards innovation & technology but he’s as likely to discuss trekking and mountain biking over a coffee. Before executive search, he has held senior banking roles with CSFB and Credit Lyonnais.

Suvarna brings in an overall experience of 25 years and has been a part of Indusion leadership since inception, focusing on Wholesale Banking & NBFCs, Global Markets & Treasury, DCM & Structured Finance, Special Situations, Distressed Assets and Credit Funds. Before executive search, she has worked with Stock Holding Corporation of India for 10+ years and is extremely fond of reading, travelling, and learning new languages.

Smita has been a part of Indusion’s Banking & Financials leadership team since 2008, focusing on Sell Side Equities & Advisory, Private Equity, Asset Management, and the Alt Assets space. A CFA by qualification, she joined Indusion after a career as an Equity Analyst with leading organizations including Motilal Oswal Securities.

Shilpa has been a part of Indusion’s Banking & Financials leadership team since 2009, focusing on Wealth & Asset Management and the Consumer Finance vertical. She moved to Indusion after 15 years of working as a senior banker with ING Bank (India & UK), erstwhile ABN Amro Bank N.V. and Edelweiss. She holds a degree in law and is passionate about music, travel, fitness & reading.

Aditya joined Indusion as an Associate Director in 2022. He is a seasoned capital market professional having worked with institutions like Bank of America Merrill Lynch, IDFC First Bank Ltd & Darashaw in Debt and Equity Capital Markets. He has executed & placed some of India's first of its kind marquee bond transactions. At Indusion he is focused on Wholesale Banking & NBFCs, Global Markets & Treasury, DCM & Structured Finance, Special Situations, Distressed Assets and Credit Funds mandates. He is passionate about cricket, having represented his university and corporates in cricket leagues and is an avid stock market investor.

Prateek brings with him 25 years of experience in BFSI, and distribution having led large teams in NBFCs, Banks and Consulting. He was a leadership team member at Dun & Bradstreet and Equifax Credit Bureau where he spent his last decade. He also tried his hands in setting up an ecommerce venture. Being an avid reader, learner and life enthusiast, he loves to interact with people on thought leadership and change management. In his free time, he loves to trek, travel, yoga , meditate ,read , and dig on nature documentaries .

Raina brings over 17 years of experience in executive search, with expertise in team builds and senior hires across asset classes in Banking & Financial Services. Her experience spans leading global firms as well as driving her own entrepreneurial venture before joining us at Indusion. She is passionate about career counseling and life coaching and holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Archana has been with Indusion since 2011, leading our efforts in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Power, Manufacturing and Private Equity Portfolio leadership. She brings 20+ years of experience across Executive Search having previous business leadership experience at Gerson Lehrman Group, ICICI Prudential and Citi Financial. She holds an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore and is fond of reading, travel and fitness.

Poonam is based out of New Delhi office leads our overall work for the region. She has over 28 years of experience in executive search across Financial Services, ITeS, Media & Healthcare and also running Assessment Centers for a wide range of clients. She started her career with Executive Access and was part of the founding team of another search firm, Quadrangle and Footprints, prior to joining Indusion.

Manish brings over 17 years of experience in Executive Search and Consulting, with expertise in Leadership Hiring and Team Building across Real Estate, Infrastructure and Warehousing & Logistics. He has worked in India and Overseas with leading organizations and his work spreads across asset classes. Manish has completed his Post Graduation in Hospitality Management and at leisure, he likes to cook, travel and listen to music. He is an an avid follower of world affairs, actively participates in causes related to community animals and has keen interest in mentoring youth on career guidance.

Salima brings with her 21 years of experience in Industrials & Consulting, having led large teams in Automotive, Heavy Machinery, FMEG, Infrastructure and Risk & Strategy Consulting. Prior to moving to the Executive Search industry, she spent over 2 decades in the corporates, managing manufacturing, strategic and consulting roles for the Board and Leadership. She was last associated with Deloitte India leading Early Careers, Talent Acquisition & Strategic projects. Salima is a travel and sports enthusiast and is passionate about gardening.

Arijay is an Executive Director in our Technology & Digital Practice. Based out of Mumbai, he focuses on hiring technology leaders across sectors, with a special interest in AI/ML and Deep Tech. Prior to moving to Executive Search, he has held key roles in Equity Research and Sales across companies such as JP Morgan, Macquarie and Religare. Arijay is also a scuba diver and a published underwater photographer.

Chetan joined Indusion in 2020 as a leader in our Technology & Digital practice. With more than 15 years of Executive Search experience, he has worked with a diverse range of sectors including Financial Services, Digital and Industrials – working with companies such as Hector & Streak, FutureStep and Sapphire Human Solutions.
